These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sati/Sati Healing website (mysati.co) and participation in our events and services.
By booking or attending any event, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or attend our events.
1. About Us
Sati & Sati Healing are trading names of Sati Jardin Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
You must not:

• Use this site for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Interfere with the site’s functionality or security.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to data, systems, or accounts.

We may suspend or restrict access at any time to maintain website integrity or user safety.
3. Services Provided
Sati provides wellbeing events such as gong bath meditations, collaborative yoga and sound sessions, retreats, and related holistic experiences.
Details, dates, and locations are published on our website and may change at the organiser’s discretion.
4. Event Bookings
a. Booking Process

• All bookings are made through our integrated online booking system and are subject to availability.

• A confirmation email with printable e-ticket will be sent upon successful booking.

• By completing a booking, you accept these Terms in full.

b. Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

c. Refund and Transfer Policy (Zero-Refund Policy)

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. 

• Please ensure you can attend the selected event before booking. If you find yourself unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances or illness, please gift or sell your ticket to a friend or family member on your own terms - and let us know in advance if you have done/intend to do so, so we can expect their arrival under your booking name.

d. Event Cancellations by the Organiser

• In the unlikely event that Sati/Sati Healing must cancel or reschedule an event, tickets will automatically roll over to the rescheduled date proposed and communicated by the organiser (Sati/Sati Healing or appointed representatives of Sati/Sati Healing).

• If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will have 7 days from the time of notification to request an alternative transfer to a future session.

• After this 7-day period, all bookings will be considered final, and no further adjustments can be made.

e. Participant Communications

• Participants are responsible for keeping themselves informed of updates regarding their event.

• All communications are sent via email to the address provided at booking.

• You must check your email (including spam or junk folders) in the days leading up to the event — including on the day of the event — for any essential information, changes, or instructions.

• Failure to read or receive communications does not qualify for a refund, transfer, or compensation.

5. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation, personal well-being, and social connection.
They are not a substitute for therapy, medication, medical diagnosis or treatment.
By attending, you confirm that:

• You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after the session.

• You will inform the facilitator before the session of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities.

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Sati/Sati Healing is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
6. Membership Zone and Accounts
Registered users may create an account to manage bookings and access exclusive features.
You agree to:

• Keep login details private.

• Provide accurate, current information.

• Notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

We may suspend or remove accounts for misuse or inactivity.
7. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers
Gift vouchers and offers are valid only for the services specified and within the stated validity period.
They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including text, images, graphics, and event content on mysati.co, are owned by or licensed to Sati/Sati Healing.
You may view and print content for personal use only.
Reproduction or redistribution for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
By booking or using our website, you consent to such processing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

• We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for the content or data practices of external sites.
