These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sati website (mysati.co) and your participation in all events, workshops, retreats, and services provided by Sati.

 

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not book or attend our services.

  1. Website Usage and Acceptable Conduct

    You agree to use this website in a lawful, responsible manner. You agree not to:

     

  • Use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to servers, data, or connected networks.

     

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any user at our discretion to protect site security and user safety.

    Sati hosts holistic wellbeing experiences, including gong bath meditations, sound healing sessions, collaborative yoga classes, and retreats.

     

All dates, times, schedules, and venue locations are published on our website and remain subject to change at the organiser's discretion.

 

  1. Bookings, Payments, and Policies

     

  • Booking Process: Bookings are processed via our integrated online platform and are subject to availability. A confirmation email and printable e-ticket will be issued upon completion.

     

  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Bookings are only secured once payment has cleared.

     

  • General Refund Policy: Under standard circumstances, all ticket sales are final and strictly non-refundable. If you cannot attend due to illness, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons, you may transfer or resell your ticket privately to a third party. Please notify us of the replacement attendee's name prior to the session so we can update the check-in list.

     

  • Organiser Cancellations and Refunds: A refund will only be issued if an event is directly cancelled by Sati and that cancellation is not caused by adverse weather conditions, blocked venue access, natural events, road closures, or other unforeseen external disruptions beyond our control.

     

  • Rescheduling and External Disruptions: If an event must be postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather, safety hazards, blocked access, or external circumstances beyond our control, tickets will automatically roll over to a rescheduled date. Alternatively, attendees may request a credit transfer to a future scheduled session within 7 calendar days of the notice. Direct cash refunds are not provided for weather- or access-related postponements.

     

  • Participant Communications: All official updates, venue notices, and weather advisories are sent via email to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for monitoring your inbox (including junk and spam folders) leading up to and on the day of the event. Unread communications do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

     

  1. Health, Wellbeing, and Safety Disclaimer

    Our sessions are intended solely to support general relaxation, mindfulness, and personal wellbeing. They do not constitute clinical therapy, medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

     

By purchasing a ticket or attending, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional health before, during, and after each session.

     

  • You must notify the facilitator before the session begins of any relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, hearing sensitivities, or implanted medical devices.

     

  • You participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

     

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sati Jardin Limited is not liable for personal injury, illness, or property damage, except where directly caused by proven gross negligence.

     

  1. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers

     

  • Gift vouchers and special offers apply only to the specific services designated and must be redeemed before the stated expiration date.

     

  • Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

     

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

     

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content on mysati.co—including text, branding, logos, sound recordings, imagery, and event designs—is the property of Sati Jardin Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

     

Content may be viewed and downloaded for personal, non-commercial use only. Republication, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

    We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our website or booking an event, you acknowledge and consent to this data processing.

  • Sati Jardin Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our events.

     

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a booking shall not exceed the total fee paid for that specific booking.

     

  • We make no guarantees that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

     

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights that cannot be waived by law.
