embrace the age-old practice of women joining together in circle to cultivate presence, belonging, and much needed rest.
a gentle foray into what it means to be woman - embodied, wild and deeply witnessed.
welcome cacao: ceremonial cacao on arrival, an ancient heart-opening medicine, to help us settle in and connect with the group.
sharing circle: soft exploration around our chosen theme, the opportunity to share and be seen, or to rest and witness in the presence of other women.
wild sauna: true to scandinavian sauna tradition, the wild sauna is a space for bonding and relaxation. amongst the trees, bare feet on the earth, calling for connection to the wild woman within.
