an immersive sound meditation designed to support deep rest and nervous system settling through the resonant frequencies of the symphonic gong.
held within a stillness-led framework, this two-hour candlelit experience is timed with the energy of the strawberry moon. sessions are grounded, non-performative, and accessible to both new and experienced participants. no meditation experience is needed.
please bring your own mat if possible - we do have mats available if you don't have one. we recommend bringing a blanket, a pillow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable, warm, and supported during the extended session.
