Our Open-Earth Sauna at Gisburn Forest is the PERFECT start to 2026. This session offers a unique and immersive experience that combines the benefits of sauna therapy with the serenity of the ancient forest.


What to expect:


  • Natural Setting: Nestled underneath a huge tree-canopy within Gisburn Forest, the sauna provides a serene environment to relax and let go, surrounded by ancient woodlands and wildlife.


  • Eco-consciousness: Fired with sustainable logs from Bowland Bioenergy, and in association with Forestry England, this leave-no-trace wellbeing event is a planet-conscious way to experience the therapeutic benefits of the sauna and enjoy some downtime in the forest.


  • Make Yourself at Home: We take inclusivity seriously, and our wonderful community reflects those values. Check in or out of the sauna at any time and enjoy a Yogi Tea by the fire pit, or take a moment for yourself or with friends in the cosy woodland yurt, with…

    Gain entry to our open-earth sauna at Gisburn Forest. Please bring: - Suitable sauna wear (light sportswear/swimwear) - Plenty of water - One or two towels Many people arrive wearing swimwear underneath their clothes for quicker prep. Water is provided onsite for those who may have forgotten to bring their own.
