Gong Bath Meditation: Whalley Methodist Church
Join us as we bring the Sati experience to the beautiful, historic Whalley Methodist Church for our first session of 2026 within the catchment of Clitheroe. This is an invitation to step out of the daily rush and immerse yourself in the grounding sounds of the gong and other traditional instruments. Whether you are a regular or joining us for the very first time, this session is crafted to provide deep relaxation and a total mental reset.

Step out of the rush and into 60 minutes of deep, restorative quiet. No experience or skills required - just lie down, wrap yourself in a blanket, and let the grounding sounds of the gong reset your nervous system. The Essentials: A Warm Welcome: Herbal tea provided on arrival. Comfort: We provide the mats; please bring warm clothes and your own blanket and pillow to stay cosy.
