About the event
gather with us in sisterhood, surrounded by the serenity of ancient woodland, for a day of connection, pause, and joy.
embrace the age-old practice of women joining together in circle to cultivate presence, belonging and much needed rest.
a gentle foray into what it means to be woman - embodied, wild and deeply witnessed.
welcome cacao: ceremonial cacao on arrival, an ancient heart-opening medicine, to help us settle in and connect with the group.
sharing circle: soft exploration around our chosen theme, the opportunity to share and be seen, or to rest and witness in the presence of other women.
hammock sound bath: a suspended sound journey led by the gong under the forest canopy.
