Arrival & Wild Pine Needle Tea: We begin our session gathered around a crackling fire. Enjoy a cup of foraged wild pine tea, a vitamin-rich tonic brewed to sharpen the senses and warm the body. This is a time for quiet reflection and transition as we prepare to enter the meditative space.
