About the event
Lancashire's Biggest Community Sound Bath
Join us as we bring the Sati experience to the newly restored Mercer Hall for our second Community Sound Bath of 2026. This is an invitation to step out of the daily rush and immerse yourself in the grounding sounds of the gong and other traditional instruments. Whether you are a regular or joining us for the very first time, this session is crafted to provide deep relaxation and a total mental reset.
Please bring your own mat (there are some available to hire in the ticket options), cushion and blanket to maximise your comfort. Some participants may wish you also bring eye-masks for a more immersive experience.
