Join us at our last Barnoldswick session of 2025 for Yuletide celebrations, where you can immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of our classic gong bath - with a festive twist! This session is crafted to encourage relaxation and mindfulness.
What to Expect
A welcome 0% mulled wine with gentle (festive!) music.
Mindfulness exercises to focus your mind.
Gong immersion alongside other traditional healing instruments.
